A live experience that turns field knowledge, leadership, and safety culture into practical conversation for professionals and organizations.
Held in 2019, 2020, 2023, and 2025, the Masterclass brought together different generations of professionals to discuss how decisions, leadership, and learning can sustain safer workplaces.
The 2025 edition featured international voices, including Dr. Tom Krause, a global reference in organizational leadership and safety.
International learning broadened her repertoire without erasing the local context.
Sustainability, leadership, human factors, culture, Lean and continuous improvement shaped different phases. Each reference was applied with the reality of operations and people in mind.
The learning became method.
