And what an experience! Days like today remind me why I chose occupational safety 20 years ago. It is not about PPE, signage and training. It is about people. It is about leadership that inspires, that is present, that talks to you. I learned a great deal from the insights shared and above all from Andreza Araújo, an exceptional professional who masters the subject and translates safety culture in a practical, real way.

Today I had the opportunity to take part in the Safety Leadership training led by Andreza Araújo. I have followed her work for some time and have always admired the practical, direct way she approaches leadership, behavior and safety culture. Safety goes far beyond procedures and indicators. It begins with leadership, with day-to-day attitudes and with the ability to influence people by example. I leave with new lessons and even more convinced that strengthening safety culture is the responsibility of all of us.

It was a pleasure to take part in a special moment with a class given by the much-admired Andreza Araújo, a professional who is a reference in occupational safety. Her experience, knowledge and passion for what she does inspire us to reflect on our own role in building a culture of prevention.

Her explanations about preventing high-potential accidents are extremely detailed and clear. Although aviation carries an enormous impact because of the number of victims, the concepts and lessons from that sector apply to any workplace. Congratulations on the excellent content! I definitely want to take part in your masterclass and I highly recommend it to all my fellow safety professionals.
