From 2024, my public presence took on new forms. I joined the Forbes Business Council and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
In 2025, I launched the Headline Podcast, produced in Portuguese and English to connect professionals from different countries, cultures and positions in conversations about leadership, culture and global safety trends.
That same year, I released Um Dia para Não Esquecer (A Day Not to Forget), a documentary about Mine Number 9. The production opened a new field of work: historical accidents came to be treated as sources of public learning.
In 2026, I released 73 Segundos (73 Seconds), about the Challenger accident, and Titanic, O Silêncio que Ainda Ouvimos (Titanic, The Silence We Still Hear). The productions examine decisions, ignored signals, pressures, leadership and culture.
In 2025 and 2026, I ranked first in the APDR ranking of Spanish-language HSE content creators. In 2026, I received the LinkedIn Top Voice recognition and joined the programme of Safety on the Edge, in the United States.
At this stage, my message reaches new audiences. My experience with companies and leaders now reaches professionals, families and citizens.
Lessons learnedTechnical knowledge widens its impact when it speaks to audiences who take no direct part in corporate safety structures.
