On 8 August 2022, I moved to Florida and established my professional base in the United States. The move widened the conditions for developing projects, content and international relationships through ACS Global Ventures.
In 2023, I took part in a Lean and continuous improvement immersion in Japan through JAME, Japanese Management Experience.
The Japanese experience reinforced for me the strength of simple principles applied with discipline, participation, respect for processes and consistency. That learning went on to shape how I work with organisations across different sectors.
